Mosrite Ventures Model 1965 Blue

Now available, a 1965 Mosrite “Ventures Mk. 1” model. 

This stunning example of one of the coolest oddball guitars to come out of California, this one being finished in a gorgeously lustrous metal flake blue. Fitted with the usual appointments; borderline non-existent frets, excellent “vibramute” vibrato, earlier style knobs, and two hot pickups, this instrument is a joy to both play and look at. 

Cosmetically the guitar is in excellent condition, excepting a few dings, mainly due to the chippy nature of the finish. The original metal switch-tip is missing and has been replaced with a standard switchcraft tip. 

All in all this is a very cool guitar, lots of fun to play, with quite a rich sound considering its maple construction. Strung with a set of 10-46’s, and comes in a very cool OHSC.
