Martin D-18 1975 Natural

Now available on consignment, a 1975 Martin D-18. 

This guitar is a fairly typical, low end offering from the Martin catalogue, constructed with a mahogany back, sides & neck, spruce top, and rosewood fretboard.  This instrument itself has a few issues, the headstock has suffered a full break which has been recently repaired, and the pickguard has been removed with some buffing to the top finish. As well as this the guitar has been re-fretted at some point. 

Despite these aspects, this guitar is still a resonant, loud, clear-voiced Martin, playing comfortably, though with a medium-high action.
