Guild Starfire V 1966 Sunburst

Now available on consignment, a cool USA made Guild Starfire V from 1966 in its original sunburst finish.

This was one of Guild's best selling models, featuring a semi-hollow 16" double cutaway body with binding on the front/back of the body, and on the neck. Other features include Grover pat pend. tuners, Guild HB-1 humbuckers, and a Guild branded bigsby vibrato.

There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs however there is some play wear as shown in the photos. At some point the guitar has been re-fretted, and the bridge has been replaced to improve playability. Its recently been setup with 10s with a low easy playing action.
