Now available on consignment, an original 1959 Gibson Les Paul TV model.

This example has been well played with a tonne of checking and vibe to the finish. It features the 'TV yellow' finish, and the classic medium chunky '59 neck profile as well.

The guitar retains most of its original parts with exception of a past re-fret with medium jumbo frets, and a set of reproduction Kluson tuners that are currently installed. It appears Grover tuners were installed at one point, the original strip Kluson tuners are included (crumbled buttons).

Otherwise this guitar still retains it original dog-ear p90 pickup and cover, Centralab pots, input jack, and PIO bumblebee capacitor which remains all untouched. The original aluminium nickel plated wraparound tailpiece remains, as do the strap buttons, truss rod cover, 3-ply jackplate, bonnet knobs, and tortoiseshell pickguard.

The original finish remains untouched, with exception of a small expert repair where the fretboard meets the neck on the bass side of the 1st fret due to delamination (visible under UV light). There are no breaks or repairs otherwise to note.

Plugged in this is one of the hottest P90 loaded Gibson's we have ever had in the shop, truly a standout example tonally and a blast to play!

Includes its a period correct alligator soft-case, and the original Kluson tuners.
