Gibson Les Paul Custom 1987 White

Now available on consignment, a 1987 Gibson Les Paul Custom in its original white finish.

This is cool example of a white Les Paul Custom that has gone a nice cream colour. The neck is straight with a fully functional truss rod and the frets are in great condition. Luckily there are no breaks or repairs to note. There are a few changes including:

• The pickups have been replaced with a Burstbucker #3 in the bridge, and a '57 Classic in the neck position.
• The wiring harness has been replaced, as have the knobs.
• The tuners have been replaced for locking Gotohs.
• The switch ring, tip, jackplate, and strap buttons have been replaced.

Otherwise the original bridge, tailpiece, pickguard, truss rod cover, and pickup rings remain. There is some play wear on the neck, and some dings and buckle rash on the body. The guitar plays great with a fresh setup and 10-46 strings.
