Now available on consignment, a 1970 Gibson Les Paul Custom in its original black finish.
This is a well played example of an early 70s Les Paul Custom, with a comfortable neck, and an average weight of 4.6kgs. The guitar remains in mostly original condition including both patent # decal pickups (cover has been off the bridge pickup), and the wiring harness with the visible pot dates in 1970. There are a few modifications including:
Cosmetically this guitar is in a pretty good condition, it has a decent amount of play wear with a few dings and dents, one touchup on the top, and on the back there is mild buckle rash present. The neck is solid and straight, and plays cleanly with a low action.
Overall this is a well used example of an early 70’s Custom that is ready to play.
Includes a later Gibson chainsaw case.
