Gibson Firebird III 1965 Non-reverse Sunburst

Now available, an original 1965 Gibson Firebird III with its non-reverse body and sunburst finish!

This example is among the first Firebird's to feature the non-reverse body shape, having a set neck vs the earlier neck through construction.

The guitar remains in 100% original condition, including its 3x soapbar P90 pickups, chrome plated wrap-around tailpiece, short maestro vibrola, and open back kluson tuners. The wiring harness appears all untouched with the pots dating to late 1965, and the plastics are all original despite a few cracks in the pickguard.

Structurally there are NO breaks or repairs, however there is some mild finish checking and some minor dings on the body. The original frets do show some wear in the first 5 frets, however they play well up and down the neck.
