Now available, a 1966 Fender Precision Bass with a body only refinish in Candy Apple Red.
This is a great playing example of a mid 60s Precision Bass, retaining its original untouched neck finish and decal, split coil pickup (rewound with new leads), and original 250k stack-pole pots dating to the 31st week of '66.
Otherwise there are some replaced parts including a reproduction pickguard, reverse tuners, bridge saddles, and replaced strap buttons on the body.
Overall a fantastic playing early CBS P-bass with a comfortable C neck profile, currently setup with flatwounds and a medium to low action.
Includes a Hiscox case.
