Fender Mustang Red 1966

Now available on consignment, a great playing original 1966 Fender Mustang in its original checked mustang red finish!

This example has had some work over the years including:

• Routed for humbuckers at some point, the original grey bobbin neck pickup remains however the bridge has been replaced with a later 60s as has the pickguard of course.
• The switches are replacements.

Otherwise this guitar retains all of its original hardware and its original pots dating to '66, cap and input jack.

A fantastic playing 60s Fender at a more affordable price point.

Comes in its original case which is in very poor condition, it can be restored by someone experienced.
