Fender Jaguar 1964 Candy Apple Red

Now available on consignment, an original late 1964 Fender Jaguar in Candy Apple Red.

This is a late pre-CBS example of a custom colour Jaguar that has seen some play time in its life, however presents in good original condition overall. There are plenty of dings and buckle rash on the body revealing the Inca Silver undercoat. The guitar remains in fully original condition right down to the original frets and nut which play well despite some play wear of course.

The guitar features a neck date of October '64 with clay dot inlays, and the original wiring appears untouched, with the lower volume and tone pots dating to the 50th week of 1964.

Its currently setup with its original 6 saddle bridge, playing with a low-medium action.
