Fender Duo-Sonic II 1966 Olympic White

Now available on consignment, an original 1966 Fender Duo-Sonic II in its original Olympic White finish!

This particular example has been played and shows some yellowing to the clearcoat on the body, as well as some checking all over both the neck and body.

Work to the guitar includes:

- A professional refret and new nut not long ago looking at the condition of the frets.

- The slider switches have been replaced, as well as the bridge saddles.

Otherwise the guitar retains most of its original hardware, and all plastics including the 3ply tortoiseshell pickguard. The original black bobbin and grey bottom pickups are untouched, and both pots date to the 42nd week of 1966. This example has the 24" scale length and 'B' nut width.
