Fender Custom Shop Eric Clapton 'Blackie' 2006 Masterbuilt Replica

Now available on consignment, an exact replica of Eric Clapton's 'Blackie' Stratocaster Masterbuilt by the Fender Custom Shop in 2006!

This example is one of 275 made, with this particular example being MK411 built by Mark Kendrick. The replica is based off the guitar Eric built from multiple 50s strats in the early 70s, with the original being a mix of parts from 1956 and 1957.

As you can see the guitar emulates the heavy relic from countless shows in the 1970s and 80s, even down to the signature cigarette burn on the headstock.

The guitar has seen little play time from new, and plays with a low action and 10-46 strings. Its also a fantastic playing and sounding strat with a very authentic soft 'v' shaped neck.
