Bridge saddle
Now available on consignment, an original 1959 Epiphone Century E422T in its original sunburst finish!
This particular example is in pretty nice shape, coming from the period of Kalamazoo made Epiphone's still with old factory parts installed. Features include a New York style single coil pickup, 2 piece neck with the 'bikini' headstock logo, and the thin body.
The guitar appears to be all original with exception of a changed bridge saddle, however the original is in the case. There is some mild play wear including very light finish checking on the front of the body, as well as a few dings here and there. The original frets play surprisingly well with plenty of life left, and the neck is straight playing with a fairly low action.
The original pickguard, strip kluson tuners, and tailpiece remain. The only thing to note being a strap button at the heel at some point.
An unusual and great playing early Kalamazoo made Epiphone archtop! Includes its original softcase and bridge saddle.
