Gibson Les Paul '56 Goldtop Pre-historic Reissue 1989

Now available on consignment, a 1989 Gibson Les Paul Standard '56 Reissue Goldtop with its original P100 pickups.

As you can see this example is in pretty nice shape with minor play wear to the back of the neck, and the odd few dings on the back of the body.

The original P100 pickups sound fantastic, which pairs well with a medium chunky 50s style neck profile. The guitar is currently setup with a low action and 10-46 strings, with the original frets showing plenty of life.

Currently installed is a reproduction pickguard and knobs, the original pickguard is included in the case (cracked).
