Gibson ES125T 1957 Sunburst

Now available on consignment, an original 1957 Gibson ES125T with its single dogear p90 pickup, thin body, and sunburst finish.

This particular example is in pretty nice shape, however with some finish checking and a few dings on the body including one with a small amount of touchup on the back of the body. The original frets play surprisingly well with plenty of life left, and the neck is straight playing with a fairly low action.

Most of the original parts remain with a healthy original p90 pickup, and and untouched wiring harness with original bell knobs and tortoiseshell pickguard.

The original tuners have been replaced with reproduction klusons of the same dimensions, and a strap button has been added at the heel.

Overall a great playing golden era Gibson ES guitar, includes a modern hardcase.
