Fender Stratocaster 1964 Candy Apple Red w Original Case/Hangtags

Easily one of my favourite strats ive owned! This mid 1964 Fender Stratocaster in custom colour Candy Apple Red is in fantastic 8/10 clean original condition with little fade to the finish.

This transitional model features a 4ply (yes 4ply) transitional white celluloid pickguard, clay dots and a crisp spaghetti logo.

There is some buckle rash and finish wear on the edges showing the correct Inca Silver undercoat, however the finish has stayed in great condition overall. The electronics appear untouched with the solder looking undisturbed in the wiring harness, tremolo claw and input jack. Another transitional feature is the presence of a grey bobbin neck pickup.
